Appointments & Fees

Giving you the time you deserve

Good medical care takes time, trust and understanding. It means taking the time to learn a little more about you and to listen to your concerns. That’s why our appointments are a little longer than you might find elsewhere, and why we always recommend you see the same doctor each time you visit, where possible.

Bookings are always best

We want to provide you with the highest standard of personalised attention, so we’d always recommend booking in advance. That said, we always set aside time each day for those in need of urgent care. If you need us, call us, and we’ll do everything we can to get help.

Please take your time

We don’t want you to feel rushed, so please let us know if you think you’ll need a longer appointment for multiple issues, a particularly complex issue, or a specific procedure (for example, a Cervical Smear Test). We’ll be very happy to accommodate you.

Our billing policy

All DVA card holders are bulk billed at this practice.

We also bulk bill children aged 5 and under from Monday to Friday.

For all other ages, our fees vary according to the length and complexity of the treatment provided, and are payable at the time of your visit. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard and all Eftpos and debit cards.

Effective 11 March 2024, all card sales will incur a merchant transaction fee at the time of payment. For current rates or further information, please contact reception.

For most of our services, Medicare refunds a fixed amount for those holding a valid Medicare card. We can process your claim on the spot and instantly refund your rebate to your debit card or bank account.

Disclaimer: All fees are at the discretion of individual Doctors.

We do charge a reduced fee for those aged 6 to 16, pensioners, and concession card holders, though. Your health is our priority, so please speak with a member of our team if you have any concerns.
